Restoration to the Register
Veterinarians previously registered in NSW are able to restore their name to the Register using their Vet Login
Apply for restoration to the Register
- Veterinarians who have previously been registered in NSW apply to be restored to the Register rather than apply for registration
- Login to the veterinarian portal and apply to restore your registration using the Registration tab and Apply button
- If you have been practising veterinary science outside NSW after previously being registered in NSW you will need to request a Letter of Professional Standing (LOPS) or Letter of Good Standing (LOGS) or similar to be sent directly from the registration authority or Board where you have been working to the NSW Board
- If you have been removed from the Register for failure to submit the Annual Return or failure to pay the Annual Registration Fee you will be required to pay a Penalty Fee (details provided on Application for Restoration to the Register Form)
- If you have not been practising veterinary science after previously being registered in NSW you will be asked to provide a reason for not working
- If you have not been practising veterinary science after previously being registered in NSW you should read the Board Policy on Returning to Practice prior to submitting your application
- Registered veterinarians must notify the Board of any change to their name, address or contact details using their Vet Login within 14 days of the change
