A facilitated discussion for all veterinary professionals - to ensure the future success of our profession.

The AVA invites all members of the profession to participate in our virtual Workforce Shortage Forum, Thursday 6 May at 7pm, hosted by Associate Professor, Cristy Secombe.

This virtual forum aims to provide a collaborative space to workshop the longer-term solutions to workforce shrinkage and attrition in the veterinary profession. We will be joined by a panel of subject matter experts to assist us to broaden our thinking and develop positive solutions.

We anticipate that this will be a very popular forum, therefore we are asking for questions in advance so that we can address as many as we possibly can.
