Possible contamination of sodium chloride ampoules
The TGA has been made aware of possible contamination InterPharma Sodium Chloride 0.9% 10ml or 30ml ampoules. This is due to reported cases of Ralstonia pickettii in multiple jurisdictions.
These products should be removed from use immediately and placed in quarantine until further notice.
